The Committee notes with regret that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous direct request, which read as follows:

The Committee takes note from the information supplied in the Government's report of the adoption of the Dock Labour Decree (No. 13) of 1979 and of the Factories Decree (No. 16) of 1987. It requests the Government to supply the text of these Decrees with its next report.
