The complainant organization alleges lack of good faith on the part of the authorities in collective bargaining in the education sector in the Province of Entre Ríos, contests the decision of the provincial authorities to deduct wages for strike days and alleges that head teachers who did not communicate the names of teachers who took part in the strike were disciplined and a criminal prosecution was initiated for contempt of court in relation to disobedience of a judicial conciliation order
