La commission note que depuis 1988 les rapports du gouvernement ne contiennent aucune donnée détaillée sur l'application de la convention. Elle prie le gouvernement de fournir dans son prochain rapport toutes les informations demandées dans le formulaire de rapport, notamment sur chacun des points énoncés à l'article 5, paragraphe 1, de la convention.
