Submission. The Committee notes the information provided by the Government in response to its previous comments. It recalls that, in its communication of 12 July 2021, the Government indicated that it had transmitted the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) to the National Council for Social Dialogue, which was completing tripartite consultations related to the possibility of ratifying the Convention. No information is provided with respect to the submission to the Assembly of the People’s Representatives of Convention No. 190, the Decent Work for Peace and Resilience Recommendation, 2017 (No. 205), or the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206). The Committee thereforeonce again reiterates its request that the Government provide information regarding the submission to the Assembly of the People’s Representatives of the Employment and Decent Work for Peace and Resilience Recommendation, 2017 (No. 205), adopted by the Conference at its 106th Session, and that it provide information regarding the outcome of the tripartite consultations and the submission to the Assembly of the People’s Representatives of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session. The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
