Dock Work Convention, 1973 (No. 137) - Afghanistan (Ratification: 1979)

Further to its previous comments, the Committee notes from the Government's report that the Ministry of Commerce has completed the draft regulation concerning the application of the Convention which is going to enter into force in the near future. The Committee therefore asks the Government to supply a copy of this regulation as soon as it is adopted. It also reiterates its hope that the Government will not fail to supply a full report in the form approved by the Governing Body in the near future.
