The Committee notes that the Government's report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous direct request, which read as follows:

The Committee takes note of the information supplied by the Government in its first report on the application of the Convention. It would be grateful if the Government would communicate, in accordance with Point I of the report form, copies of policy statements, legislative acts, etc. mentioned in the report, and in particular, a copy of Decree No. 247 of 31 October 1984, so that the Committee may examine them at its next session.
