The Committee notes with regret that the Government's report has not been received. It refers to its general observation on this country. The Committee, noting the security situation in the country, expresses the hope that the Government will be in a position to send a full and detailed report on the application of the Convention in law and in practice for its next session, taking into account the points raised in its previous direct requests.
