Lastly, and more generally, the Committee notes the economic and social difficulties referred to by the Government and the problems associated with the application of structural adjustment programmes and their effects, particularly in the area of human resources development. With this in view, the Committee would be grateful if the Government would provide the information requested in Part V of the report form.
