The Committee notes that the Government’s report contains no reply to previous comments. It hopes that the next report will include full information on the matters raised in its previous direct request, which read as follows:

The Committee notes with interest the Government’s first report on the application of the Convention. It requests to indicate in its next report which legal provisions give effect to Article 7 of the Convention and to supply models of the requisite notices and rosters. It also requests it to provide the information required under Parts III, IV and V of the report form, with respect to the application of the Convention. Finally, the Committee requests the Government to indicate, in conformity with Part VI of the report form, to which representative organizations of employers and workers copies of the report on the application of the Convention are transmitted, and to specify, where appropriate, whether these organizations have made any comments thereon.
