Nursing Personnel Convention, 1977 (No. 149) - Kyrgyzstan (Ratification: 1992)

The Committee notes with regret that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous direct request, which read as follows:

Article 2, paragraph 1, of the Convention. Please provide the text of the national plan for nursing personnel, including the measures taken concerning training, employment and conditions of work, which are referred to in the report.

Article 2, paragraph 2(a), and Article 3. Please supply the text of the Health Act of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, to which reference is made in the report.

Article 4. Please indicate and supply copies of the subsidiary legislative texts of the ex-USSR which are still in force in Kyrgyzstan, to which reference is made in the report.

Article 5. Please supply copies of any legislative provisions or regulations on the Nursing Council and other regional nursing councils, to which reference is made in the report.

Article 6. Please supply copies of the legislation respecting social insurance and labour matters, to which reference is made in the report.

Article 7. Please supply copies of the legislation and regulations which are in force respecting occupational health and safety, to which reference is made in the report.
