Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No. 144) - Guatemala (Ratification: 1989)

Articles 2 and 5 of the Convention. Effective tripartite consultations. The Committee notes the Government’s report for the period ending September 2011. The Government once again provides extensive documentation on the communications, attendance lists and minutes of the meetings held by the social partners in the Tripartite Committee for International Labour Affairs. The Committee invites the Government to continue providing detailed information on the tripartite consultations held on matters relating to international labour standards covered by the Convention.
