The Committee once again requests the Government to take measures to give full effect to this provision and to indicate, for each Article of Part IV of the Convention in respect of which the Government has accepted the obligations, the way in which representative organizations of employers and workers have been consulted.
Article 8. Statistics on the structure and distribution of the economically active population. The Committee notes that the second national population census was conducted in 2009 and its results are available on the website of the National Statistics Office. The Committee invites the Government to include, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Convention, information on all relevant sources used in collecting and compiling statistics on the economically active population and communicate the published statistics to the ILO.
Article 9(2). Statistics on time rates of wages and normal hours of work. The Government indicates that current statistics of average monthly earnings and weekly hours actually worked are compiled on a monthly and quarterly basis. The Committee notes that there is no mention in the Government’s report of whether or not current statistics on wage rates are produced, covering the whole country, all economic activities and all types and sizes of establishments and enterprises. It invites the Government to provide information in this regard.
Articles 11–14. The Committee invites the Government to continue to send to the ILO the information and statistics referred to under Articles 11–14 of the Convention and any relevant methodological information available.
