New schedule of occupational diseases. The Committee notes with interest the adoption of Decree No. 2015-641/PRN/MET/SS/MEF of 15 December 2015, establishing a new schedule of occupational diseases, of which tables 1, 2 and 9 cover, respectively, poisoning by lead, mercury and anthrax infection. The Government is requested to provide information on the application of this Decree and to indicate, in particular, whether, in the event that a disease is not included in the left-hand column of the table entitled “Designation of diseases”, but may be imputed to substances such as lead and mercury, it could nevertheless be recognized as being of occupational origin, and under what conditions (automatically or not).
