Article 15 of the Convention. Pensionable age. The Committee notes that, according to the 39th annual report by Switzerland on the application of the European Code of Social Security, the reform Old-age insurance 2020 adopted by the Parliament on 17 March 2017, would introduce a system of flexible retirement between 62 and 70 years. The pensionable age of women would rise progressively from 64 to 65 years. The Committee would be grateful if the Government would explain the procedures for the implementation of these provisions in practice.
