Labour Clauses (Public Contracts) Convention, 1949 (No. 94) - Caribbean Part of the Netherlands

Article 2 of the Convention. Insertion of labour clauses in public contracts. Noting the lack of information provided by the Government, the Committee reiterates its request that the Government refer to its 2017 comments with respect to the European part of the Netherlands in providing information in relation to the application of the Convention in the Caribbean Part of the Netherlands.
