The Committee notes with deep concern that the first report on the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, as amended (MLC, 2006), due since 2021, has not been received. Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues this year by the International Training Centre of the ILO, the Committee firmly hopes that the Government will soon submit this first report, in accordance with its constitutional obligation.
