Replies received to the issues raised in a direct request which do not give rise to further comments (CEACR) - adopted 2019, published 109th ILC session (2021)

The Committee notes the information provided by the Government, which answers the points raised in its previous direct request and has no further matters to raise in this regard.

Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 2004, published 93rd ILC session (2005)

1. The Committee notes the detailed information provided by the Government in its report. It asks the Government to continue to provide such information, particularly with regard to the following points.

2. Article 1, paragraphs 1-4 of the Convention. The Committee notes that the vocational guidance and training policy forms part of the National Employment Plan and that it aims in particular to link more closely with employment prospects. Please specify the quantitative objectives of the policies adopted in this context, as well as any progress made.

3. Article 1, paragraph 5. Referring to its comments on the application of Convention No. 111, the Committee asks the Government to describe the measures taken with a view to improving the situation of members of the Roma community with regard to education and training.

4. Part VI of the report form. Please provide any extracts of reports, studies, inquiries and statistical data enabling evaluation of the application of the Convention in practice.

Observation (CEACR) - adopted 2002, published 91st ILC session (2003)

The Committee notes with regret that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its 1999 direct request, which read as follows:

The Committee notes the information contained in the Government’s simplified report pertaining to legislation generally governing the application of the Convention. It requests the Government to submit a detailed report on all the points requested in the report form for the Convention, including information on the practical application, in order for the Committee to evaluate fully the application of the Convention.

The Committee hopes that the Government will make every effort to take the necessary action in the near future.

The Committee notes that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous direct request, which read as follows:

The Committee notes the information contained in the Government’s simplified report pertaining to legislation generally governing the application of the Convention. It requests the Government to submit a detailed report on all the points requested in the report form for the Convention, including information on the practical application, in order for the Committee to evaluate fully the application of the Convention.

The Committee notes the information contained in the Government's simplified report pertaining to legislation generally governing the application of the Convention. It requests the Government to submit a detailed report on all the points requested in the report form for the Convention, including information on the practical application, in order for the Committee to evaluate fully the application of the Convention.

[The Government is asked to report in detail in 2001.]
