Replies received to the issues raised in a direct request which do not give rise to further comments (CEACR) - adopted 2022, published 111st ILC session (2023)

The Committee notes the information provided by the Government, which responds to the points raised in its previous direct request, and has no further matters to raise in this regard.

Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 1999, published 88th ILC session (2000)

The Committee notes the information contained in the Government's report.

Article 2 of the Convention. The Committee requests the Government to continue to send detailed information concerning the measures taken with a view to improving the situation of disadvantaged groups of the population, as well as the results achieved. It also asks it to supply detailed information on the modalities (criteria for selection of beneficiaries, etc.) and the results of the progressive replacement of the traditional system of subsidized prices by subsidies provided directly from the social security budget. It also requests it to transmit a copy of the final text of the draft Act of equality of opportunity between men and women at work as soon as it has been adopted by Parliament.

Article 15. The Committee requests the Government to supply information on the measures taken to develop education, vocational training and apprenticeship programmes.

Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 1991, published 78th ILC session (1991)

The Committee notes with interest the changes made in law and practice in the country since December 1989. The Committee hopes that the Government will continue to supply information on the measures that are adopted to improve the social policy of the country.
