Replies received to the issues raised in a direct request which do not give rise to further comments (CEACR) - adopted 2023, published 112nd ILC session (2024)

The Committee notes the information provided by the Government, which answers the points raised in its previous direct request and has no further matters to raise in this regard.

The Committee notes that the Government refers to the Contract of the Representatives of the Employees (Amendment) Act of 2012 (Law No. 10(III)/2012) and requests it to provide a copy of that law with its next report.

Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 1999, published 88th ILC session (2000)

The Committee takes note of the information provided by the Government in its first report.

Article 2 of the Convention. The Committee requests the Government to provide examples of agreements concluded by trade unions and employers, referred to in the report, which afford facilities to trade union representatives to carry out their functions.

Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 1998, published 87th ILC session (1999)

The Committee notes the Government's first report and will examine the application of the Convention once the different laws mentioned by the Government are complied.
