The complainant alleges that the employer has made several attempts to destroy it and to prevent collective bargaining through various acts of anti-union discrimination, including: the dismissal of four key trade union leaders one month after the issuance of the union’s registration, prohibiting members of the negotiation team from entering company premises, the refusal to pay a bonus to trade union members and representatives, and the filing of lawsuits by the employer against trade union leaders to counter decisions of unfair dismissal and reinstatement orders previously made by labour and human rights courts
