The complainant organization alleges the dismissal of several officials of the Roo Sing Garment Co. Workers’ Union (STERSG); refusal by the Roo Sing Garment Co. to comply with a court order to reinstate a trade union leader; negotiation of a collective agreement with a trade union financed by the employer, setting aside the agreement that was being negotiated with STERSG; application for suspension of STERSG by the company in July 2002; criminal proceedings against the STERSG executive board for slander and libel, suspension of a trade unionist’s wages and drawing up of blacklists of trade union members
