Allegations

The complainant organizations allege a number of anti-union acts in the Municipality of San Juan Chamelco, enterprises, estates and the Higher Electoral Tribunal (dismissals, refusal to enter into collective bargaining with a union affiliated to UNSITRAGUA, as well as physical and verbal aggression of union officials and members and arrest and prosecution of a union official.
