The complainant organizations denounce acts of anti-union discrimination, mass dismissals, pressure and persecution to give up trade union membership in Ecopetrol SA and various subsidiary companies (Pacific Rubiales Energy-Meta Petroleum Corp, Cepcolsa, Montajes JM SA, Petrominerales, Reficar SA, CBI, Consorcio Lithos, Tiger-Sepam, Propilco SA), the lack of effective protection by the public authorities against these acts and the violation of the right to strike in the oil sector
