Allegations

The complainants allege that the authorities are interfering in the work of COSYFOP and hindering its trade union activities; anti-union measures and trade union harassment towards members of the organization; and amendments to the law that would result in criminal punishment for trade union activity in the case of the dissolution of an organization or even classifying certain trade union activities as terrorism.
