- The 130th Report of the Committee on Freedom of Association, with the exception of paragraphs 36-48 (Case 687 - Colombia), examination of which was adjourned, and the 131st Report, with the exception of paragraphs 51-78 (Case 660 - Mauritania), examination of which was adjourned, and with alterations to paragraphs 9, 92 (e), 103 (c) and 118 (i), were examined and approved by the Governing Body at its 186th Session (June 1972). The Government representatives of Czechoslovakia and the USSR stated that, for reasons explained on many occasions, they would not participate in the discussions or decisions on the recommendations of the Committee.
