Effect given to the recommendations of the Committee and the Governing Body

1. 76. The Committee last examined this case at its March 2011 meeting and, on that occasion, it requested the Government to clarify whether the Federal Air Traffic Controllers’ Union of Russia (FPAD) was allowed to recuperate all of its documents, seals and other property from the office it had previously occupied [see 359th Report, paras 193–197].
2. 77. In its communication dated 15 February 2012, the Government confirms that the FPAD chairperson had been given the opportunity to collect all documents and other property from the office it had previously occupied.
3. 78. The Committee takes due note of this information.
