Effect given to the recommendations of the Committee and the Governing Body

1. 99. In its previous examination of the case in March 2013, the Committee asked the Government to provide information on the allegation relating to payment of the basic wages established in collective agreements by Sociedad Eléctrica del Sur Oeste (SEAL) and Electropuno SA.
2. 100. In its communications dated 5 and 10 April 2012, the Government states that the labour inspectorate has established that members of the complainant federation have been paid the wage increases and that the social/labour obligations at the abovementioned enterprises have been fulfilled.
3. 101. The Committee takes note of this information.
