Decision

Decision
  1. The Governing Body:
  2. (a) approved the report contained in document GB.323/INS/11/6;
  3. (b) invited the Government, in light of the conclusions set out in paragraphs 47, 55, 61, 64 and 71 of document GB.323/INS/11/6, to take such measures without delay as might be necessary to ensure the effective implementation of Articles 12 and 16 of the Labour Inspection Convention, 1947 (No. 81);
  4. (c) invited the Government to consider availing itself of ILO technical assistance, particularly with regard to the further elaboration of amendments to Law No. 131 of 2012 on state control of entrepreneurship activities;
  5. (d) entrusted the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations with following up on the issues raised in the report in respect of the application of Articles 12 and 16 of Convention No. 81;
  6. (e) made the report publicly available and closed the procedure initiated by the representation made by the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova (CNSM) alleging the non-observance by the Republic of Moldova of Convention No. 81.
