Part-Time Work Convention, 1994 (No. 175) - Bosnia and Herzegovina (Ratification: 2010)

Article 11 of the Convention and Part V of the report form. Means of implementation – Practical application. The Committee notes the comments made by the Confederation of Trade Unions of the Republika Srpska according to which labour inspection services need to be strengthened, as they are experiencing difficulties in detecting violations of labour rights of part-time workers who, although employed under part-time employment contracts, are usually required to work on a full-time basis. The Committee requests the Government to transmit any comments it may wish to make in response to the observations of the Confederation of Trade Unions of the Republika Srpska.
