Article 4(1) of the Convention. Adjustment of minimum wages. In relation to its previous comments, the Committee notes the indication in the Government’s report that Decision No. 11 of 2005 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, establishing the minimum wage, has been repealed by Decision No. 29 of 2020 of the same Ministry, which establishes the new minimum wage applicable in the country with the aim of implementing the approved increases, resulting from the transformation process in the distribution of the population’s income. The Committee takes note of this information, which responds to its previous request.
