Convenio sobre el examen médico de la gente de mar, 1946 (núm. 73) - Türkiye (Ratificación : 2005)

The Committee notes the information supplied by the Government in its first report. It appears that the medical examination of seafarers as well as the procedure to be followed on the subject is dealt with in the Seafarers’ Health Directive, which entered into force on 18 March 2005 on instruction of the Minister of Health. The Committee requests the Government to supply a copy of this Directive, if possible in English or French, to allow it to examine in full the application of the Convention.
