Convenio sobre las vacaciones pagadas (agricultura), 1952 (núm. 101) - Barbados (Ratificación : 1967)

Article 3 of the Convention. Implementing legislation. The Committee notes the Government’s indication that there have been no amendments to the Holidays with Pay Act, Chapter 348 of 11 January 1952 which implements the requirements of the Convention. The Committee understands, however, that a Holiday with Pay Bill, 2012 has been drafted and is currently being discussed with the social partners. The Committee requests the Government to provide updated information concerning the process of revision of the Holidays with Pay Act and to transmit a copy of the new legislation once it has been adopted.
