The Committee notes the information contained in the Government’s report and the observations of the Trades Union Congress appended to that report concerning blacklisting. In relation to the issue of blacklisting of union leaders and members, the Committee refers to its comments under the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949 (No. 98).
