The Committee notes the observations of the Trades Union Congress (TUC) received on 1 September 2015 in relation to legislative proposals which, according to the TUC, would undermine the application of the Convention as regards the provision of facilities and time off for workers’ representatives. The Committee requests the Government to provide its comments thereon.
