Submission. The Committee notes that the Government has not provided information in response to the Committee’s previous request. The Committee therefore reiterates its request that the Government provide updated information indicating whether and on what dates the 12 instruments adopted by the Conference at its 94th, 95th (the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 2006 (No. 187)), 96th, 100th, 101st, 103rd, 104th, 106th and 108th Sessions were submitted to both the Council of Ministers and to the Consultative Council (Majles Al’Shura). The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
