1. The 136th, 137th and 138th Reports of the Committee on Freedom of Association were examined by the Governing Body at its 190th Session (June 1973). The 136th Report was approved with the exception of paragraphs 16-40 (Case No. 698 - Senegal), whose examination the Governing Body decided to postpone. The 137th and 138th Reports were approved.
