Effect given to the recommendations of the Committee and the Governing Body

1. 159. At its March 2004 meeting, the Committee requested the Government to send it a copy of the decisions handed down on the dismissal of Messrs Darío Ulate and Julio Trejos [see 333rd Report, para. 112].
2. 160. In its communication dated 24 May 2004, the Government states that a copy of the decisions will be sent to the Committee once they have been handed down.
3. 161. The Committee notes this information and awaits the decision on the dismissal of Messrs Darío Ulate and Julio Trejos.
