Convention (n° 101) sur les congés payés (agriculture), 1952 - Antigua-et-Barbuda (Ratification: 1983)

The Committee notes the information supplied by the Government in its last report. It also notes that the information has not changed since the reporting period ending 1986.

The Committee asks the Government to forward copies of the Antigua Agricultural Industries/Antigua Trades and Labour Union Collective Agreement and any other collective agreements or practical provisions, referred to in the reports of 1979 and 1987 with regard to the implementation of the Convention.

The Committee requests the Government to supply, as requested under Part V of the report form, copies of recent labour inspection reports containing information and statistical data on the enforcement of holidays with pay in agriculture.
