Convention (n° 150) sur l'administration du travail, 1978 - Albanie (Ratification: 2002)

The Committee notes with interest the detailed information contained in the Government’s first report on the organization and operation of the labour administration system, and the relevant legislation. It also notes with interest that the part of the ILO technical assistance project (ALB/92/MO1/DDA) concerning the establishment and working of employment services, was undertaken successfully.

To enable the Committee to assess fully the extent to which the Convention is applied in practice as well as in law, the Government is asked to supplement the information by sending: extracts of all reports or other periodic information submitted by the main bodies of the labour administration referred to by the Government in its report, and by the other bodies such as those referred to in Paragraph 20 of the Labour Administration Recommendation, 1978 (No. 158) (Part IV of the report form). Lastly, the Committee would be grateful if the Government would indicate specifically the measures affecting the organization and working of the labour administration that have been taken as a result of the implementation of the abovementioned ILO technical assistance project (Part V of the report form).
