Convention (n° 144) sur les consultations tripartites relatives aux normes internationales du travail, 1976 - Saint-Marin (Ratification: 1985)

Tripartite consultations required by the Convention. The Committee notes the succinct information provided by the Government’s report received in April 2008 indicating that no new legislation was adopted in respect of the Convention. It requests the Government to provide up to date information on the content and outcome of the consultations held, in particular by the ILO Tripartite Committee, on the subjects related to international labour standards listed in Article 5, paragraph 1, of the Convention.
