Convention (n° 125) sur les brevets de capacité des pêcheurs, 1966 - Polynésie française

The Committee notes with concern that the Government’s report has not been received. It expects that the next report will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous comments initially made in 2016.

Repetition

The Committee notes the adoption of the Order No. 301 CM of 24 February 2014 on maritime vocational training on fishing and issuance of certificates necessary for working on board fishing vessels in French Polynesia. The Committee will examine this new Order at its next session. For this purpose, the Committee hopes to be able to rely on the Government’s report on the application of the Convention.
