Malawi

The Committee notes that only seven of the 16 reports requested have been received. Nine reports are still due for this country some of which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments. Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues this year by the ILO Decent Work Team for Eastern and Southern Africa and the International Training Centre of the ILO, the Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
