- Organismes reconnus

According to par. 1 of Regulation 3 (Authorization of the Recognised Organisations) of the Regulation on the implementation of the requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 as approved by Ministerial Decision No. 4113.305/01/2013 (G.G. 1553 B'), Organisations are authorised in order to carry out inspection/verifications provided by the Convention, for the issuance/intermediate validation/renewal of the Maritime Labour Certificate, the issuance of the Interim Maritime Labour Certificate and the Certification of Part II of the Declaration of the Maritime Labour Compliance.
