- Organismes reconnus

Pursuant to the report submitted by the Government of Slovakia on 20 September 2021, under Article 22 of the ILO Constitution, the Government will not authorise public institutions or other organisations that are not state administration bodies (including those belonging to another member, if the latter agrees) to conduct inspections. Inspections will be conducted by state administration bodies, namely labour inspectors and public health officers from the Chief Public Health Officer Department of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic.
