Pursuant to the report submitted by the Government of Tunisia on 23 May 2022, under Article 22 of the ILO Constitution, there are no authorized Recognized Organizations (RO's). All inspections, in compliance with the provisions of the MLC 2006 Convention, are carried out by the Maritime Authority.
