Guarding of Machinery Convention, 1963 (No. 119) - Denmark (Ratification: 1989)

The Committee takes note of the Government's first report. It notes the Government's reference to Order No. 43 of 21 January 1981 on the design and use of technical equipment which, according to the Government, covers the provisions of the Convention, as well as notices No. 2.2.0.1 on machinery and plant and No. 22.0.3 on automatically operated machinery, issued by the National Labour Inspection Service.

The Committee asks the Government to provide detailed information in its next report, for each Article of the Convention, on the provisions of the regulations mentioned by the Government and on any other measures concerning the application of each of these Articles. It also asks the Government to provide copies of the above notices (if possible in English or French) in its next report.
