The Committee notes that the first report on the application of the Working Environment (Air Pollution, Noise and Vibration) Convention, 1977 (No. 148), has not been received. In addition, only two of the nine reports requested have been received. Seven reports are still due, some of which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

The Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
