| The complainants allege that after four months of meetings to negotiate a list of claims with the ECOPETROL S.A. enterprise, the administrative authority convened a compulsory arbitration tribunal; subsequently a strike began and was declared illegal by the administrative authority; in this context, the company dismissed more than 200 workers including many trade union officials
