| The complainant organization alleges that the Colakoglu Metallurgy Enterprise forced approximately 700 workers to resign from the complainant and join the Turkish Metal Union; consequently, the complainant lost its status as competent union for collective bargaining purposes and was prevented from having access to the workplace in order to perform its activities. It is also alleged that in Grammer A.S., 54 members of the complainant organization were dismissed, while other workers were hired in their place, and other members were threatened with dismissal or forced to resign from the union, in order to prevent the complainant from obtaining recognition for collective bargaining purposes
