Allegations

The complainant objects to the dismissal of a trade union officer of the Public Servants’ Association of the commune of La Granja, a primary health-care physician of the commune of La Granja, and alleges acts of harassment by the Minister of Health against officials of the municipal primary health-care system of Chile in the context of the national strike, through intimidation of the President of the Centro Occidente Federation of CONFUSAM in an attempt to delay another strike, and that the same authority ordered deductions from the remuneration of the officials who participated in the national strike
